Peltarion is aiming for accelerated expansion in 2021 - appoints COO

January 29

Recent studies (ref Gartner) says AI solutions could create as much as 3 trillion $ in value in 2021. To operationalise your AI efforts will be crucial to be able to realise the value from all the investments and research going on in this field. At Peltarion we see an urgent need to accelerate our growth and expansion in 2021 and beyond, therefore we have appointed a new COO to lead that acceleration. Maria Danell joined the company a year ago as the CRO coming from a long career at Microsoft in Sweden and Asia.

“How to get real value out of AI is still top of mind for most of the companies I talk to and we have a big job to do to help our customers capture that value in 2021. I’m very excited and humbled to embark on this growth journey as the new COO”, says Maria.

“COVID-19 has had a major impact on society and business and most of it is bad. But one positive unexpected consequence has been of companies moving from talking about AI to actually doing AI. Our platform, that allows non-data scientists to build and deploy advanced AI systems has experienced a 2500% growth in the last year. Maria will be superb at leading the acceleration we need to do to meet this new reality.” said Peltarion CEO Luka Crnkovic-Friis
