We are joined by Johanna Lindberg and Christian Günther from the Predictive Movement project at Luleå Technical University, which just last week won the government innovation challenge for their solution. In putting together the project, they’ve aligned public and private interests to create a marketplace for transportation in rural areas.
In their own words: The goal of Predictive Movement is to create a digital platform which becomes a neutral marketplace for transportation of people and goods. In the first stage the project focuses on solving the societal challenge around package delivery in rural areas. Further on the project aims to optimise the ease and availability of transport in urban as well as rural areas.
